OEM/ODM Manufacturing Refund Policy

At Sweetli, we are committed to high-quality craftsmanship. Since our products are manufactured based on your specific custom requirements (OEM/ODM), our refund policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Custom Orders (Bulk Production)

  • Final Sale: All custom-manufactured orders are final. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or market performance.

  • Quality Guarantee: We stand by our quality. If you receive products with manufacturing defects or major deviations from the approved pre-production sample, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Resolution: For defective items, we will offer to repair, remake, or refund the value of the defective portion, subject to inspection.

2. Sample Orders

  • Sample fees are generally non-refundable as they cover the cost of labor and materials for development.

  • However, in many cases, the sample fee may be deducted from your deposit if you proceed with a bulk order (meeting our MOQ).

3. How to Report an Issue
To start a claim, please contact us at sweetlifashionshop@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number.

  2. High-quality photos/videos showing the defect.

  3. A description of the issue.
