Manufacturing Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

• Samples: 100% upfront payment required before development starts.

• Bulk Production: Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment.

• We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal (for samples), and other agreed methods.

2. Production Lead Time

• Lead times provided are estimates based on current factory capacity.

• Samples: Typically 7-14 days.

• Bulk: Typically 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt.

• Sweetli is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays).

3. Quantity Tolerance
Due to the nature of industrial textile manufacturing, a quantity variance of ±5% is industry standard. The final invoice will be adjusted based on the actual quantity shipped.
